Who is responsible

Insight Platform is operated by Aasim Saeed, 15 Bellona Way, Colchester CO2 9GS, Essex, United Kingdom — the data controller for this service. Questions and data requests: support@insightplatform.uk. For erasure you don't need to contact anyone — the deletion control below acts immediately.

What we store, and why

• Your questionnaire answers and computed scores — stored so we can score them, show your results when you return, and (only if you ask) generate an AI report. Answers to psychological questionnaires are special-category (health-related) data; we process them only with your explicit consent, given before each instrument.
• A session cookie — a random identifier that links your browser to your results.
• Your email address, if you register — used only to send sign-in codes and to keep your results together. Never shared, sold, or used for marketing. Deleted with everything else when you use the deletion control.
• Clinician attestations — if you use the clinician section, the name, profession and registration details you provide are recorded with your attestation.

What we deliberately do not do

• No advertising, no analytics trackers, no sale or sharing of data.
• Your individual answers never leave the server. If you request an AI report, only your computed scale scores are sent to Anthropic (a US-based AI provider) to write the narrative. If you never click "Generate AI report", nothing is sent to anyone.
• No one reviews your answers in real time. This platform is not monitored — if you need help now, use the urgent support page.

How long we keep it

Sessions and everything linked to them (answers, scores, reports) are deleted automatically after 180 days, and immediately whenever you use the deletion control. The session cookie expires after 180 days.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR / GDPR you can withdraw consent and have your data erased at any time — the button below does both, immediately and irreversibly, for everything linked to this browser's session.

Age

This platform is for adults (18+). The questionnaires are designed and validated for adults, and we do not knowingly process data from anyone under 18.
